These reality shifting affirmations will program your subconscious mind to shift your reality!
The positive affirmations in this track will reprogram your subconscious mind to accept that you are already in a new (parallel) reality and timeline. I created them to go along with the “Parallel Reality Shifting” process that I use. (You can watch my video here to learn this method: https://youtu.be/7G0TbVS1PSk) However, you can also use them as you are drifting off to sleep, or while resting.
The meditation music combined with the shifting reality affirmations is a powerful theta track. This will slow your brain waves down (similar to hypnosis) so that the affirmations are easily absorbed into your subconscious mind on a subliminal level. It’s best to be in a relaxed and meditative state while using this meditation. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery while listening!
